This file contains BIN files named in the format txXX, where x is the letter c, d, or e and XX is a number. The tc and te files can be decompressed into U8 files (see Getting Started for a tutorial on how to do this), which can be opened by BrawlCrate and each contain a collection of BRRES files, which contain images and models for various parts of the game. It's currently unknown how to do anything with the td files.
